Return Policy

We are so grateful that you decided to purchase through Wildlike!

For the safety of you and others, all jewelry used for a new piercing or installed by a piercer is final sale. All piercing services are non-refundable.  

All orders must be returned in their original sealed packaging in unworn condition within 14 days of purchase.

*For orders placed on or after November 24, enjoy an extended holiday return window through January 7. Items must be returned in their original sealed packaging in unworn condiditon. 

We require authorization to return - please send us an email at getpierced@wildlike.com. We will email a return label via Fedex and deduct $10 from your order.

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, return the original items to Wildlike and place a new order.
